childcare expenses
Childcare Reimbursement Form
Since we place such a premium on Group Life at Longleaf Church, we reimburse childcare expenses for our Community Group gatherings. We reimburse parents at a set rate for the cost of an individual baby-sitter. That rate is $7 per hour for one child PLUS $0.50 per hour for each additional child. Maximum reimbursible childcare expenses will be $30 per household per Community Group gathering. A check will be issued and mailed to each couple/parent within 3-4 weeks. For accounting purposes, each form must be submitted within 30 days of the event.
