Longleaf Church families support a growing number of children through our partners at Compassion International. Recently, a group of families at Longleaf signed up to sponsor 10 impoverished children in Uganda. Compassion International exists as a Christian child advocacy ministry that releases children from spiritual, economic, social and physical poverty and enables them to become responsible, fulfilled Christian adults. Compassion also continues to respond to the needs of Haitian children following the tragic earthquake this past January.
